Almost everyone will find they own either 35 mm negatives or slides. A few of our customers have recovered pictures they thought were lost forever. We scan your negatives at a resolution between 300 dpi to 7200dpi. When your 35 mm negatives are scanned at 300 dpi, the resulting pictures will retain their highest quality when they are 4x6 or smaller. When scanned at 7200 dpi, pictures can be enlarged to 11x17 with better quality than a 4x6 at 300dpi. We will convert your negatives to digital format and place them on a CD or DVD and include them in your personal video or slide show creation.
Let us help you preserve your slides. One of the largest complaints we here with slides is there are small white spots around the entire outside frame of the scanned item. This is caused by stray light (white noise), between the slide and the slide holder. Since this light will almost always be in a different location on each scan, we perform multiple scans per slide and average the values together. Your image never changes so the integrity of your picture will be as good as the slide without the stray light.
